Job Description

The Operations Associate will utilize various applications for processing ETF related activities through broker/dealers.  They will work on a geographically dispersed team with daily responsibilities including: pricing assets, clearing trade exceptions, and completing daily trading/dividend processes on behalf of our clients.  They will also process corporate actions, and other various operations duties as required.

 

Skills and experience:

Previous trading/operations experience in the retirement industry is strongly preferred.

Great communication skills that include communicating to external clients, management, and business partners.

Demonstrated analytical skills that include the ability to research and resolve issues to completion.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Advanced Excel skills required.

Attention to Detail.

Self-Motivation and Adaptability.
